AMC Service Details

1. Terms of Contract:
• The contract will commence on [Start Date] and will remain in effect for a period of one year.
• The Client agrees to pay the annual fee of [Amount] for the maintenance services provided by Quickfixs.
• Any additional repairs or services required beyond the scope of this contract will be subject to additional charges as mutually agreed upon.
2. Obligations of Quickfixs:
• Quickfixs will conduct routine inspections and maintenance visits as specified in the contract.
• The Service Provider will ensure that qualified technicians perform the services in a timely and professional manner.
• Quickfixs will maintain records of all services rendered and provide reports to the Client upon request.
3. Obligations of the Client:
• The Client agrees to provide access to the appliances for maintenance purposes at mutually agreed-upon times.
• Payment of the annual fee shall be made in full at the beginning of the contract period.
4. Termination of Contract:
• Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date.
• In the event of termination, any fees paid for the remaining period shall not be refunded.
